Recipes, Marinades, and Glazes

Did you pick up a bottle at a show or are you eyeing some up to get delivered and don't know what to do with it? Check out some ideas below from recipes to different things to marinade with ShellaBella's Dill Vinaigrette! Keep your eyes posted for more recipes and ideas coming soon!

Bella Salad

This simple unique salad was one of our most popular at our restaurant, and is also the salad that we use at our shows to sample our Dill Vinaigrette.

All you'll need to make this salad is:

    - ShellaBella's Dill Vinaigrette 

    - Mixed Greens

    - Feta Cheese

    - Bacon

    - Red Onion (Finely Chopped)

    - Walnuts

Some optional things that you can add that really go well with the ingredient listed are 

    - Grilled or Blackened Chicken

    - Grilled or Blackened Salmon

    - Blackened Steak

Marinade's

Want to marinade some things instead of just using it as a salad dressing? Try some of these dishes to really bring out a unique flavor in your dish!

    - Chicken

    - Steak

    - Lamb

Glaze's

Don't want to use ShellaBella's Dill Vinaigrette as a salad dressing or a marinade? You can also use it as a glaze to really change the flavor profile of whatever of your favorite dishes you are cooking up! Here are some things we found out work really well with our deliciously different product.

    - Blackened Salmon 

        For this one you'll want to pull out the Salmon roughly five minutes before its finished to glaze it, then just pop it back in to finish!

    - Wings

       Just toss some traditional or boneless wings in a bowl and toss it around to have a very unique experience with your wings instead of doing the same old sauces!

    - Green Beans

    - Cucumbers

Dill Potato Salad

What you'll need:

   - 3 lb Red Skin Potatoes

   - 1/4th Cup of Finely Chopped Red Onion

   - 1/2 Cup of Chopped Cooked Bacon

  -  1/2 Cup Slightly Steamed Green Beans (Make sure there is still a little crunch to the bean)

   - 2 Tablespoons of Whole Grain Mustard

   - 1/2 Cup of Shaken Shellabella's Dill Vinaigrette

   - Salt and Nature Seasoning to Taste

How To:

Boil potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add finely chipped onion's, bacon, green beans, mustard, and Shellabella's Dill Vinaigrette and mix when potatoes are slightly warm. Sprinkle salt and nature seasoning to taste.

As easy as that you have a very unique and flavorful potato salad.
